Co-Founder
Mikey
Mikey studied filmmaking at Endicott College on the North Shore of Massachusetts, where he also minored in Creative Writing. Over the years, he built a distinguished career as a Talent Sourcer and Recruitment Marketing Specialist — working for global B2B manufacturing companies and speaking at some of the largest recruitment conferences in the industry.
He has worked for one of the nation's leading veterinary care companies and a top-ranked children's hospital. Outside of his corporate career, Mikey spent over a decade in the stand-up comedy scene and nearly five years in the music industry.

Ivan
Ivan also studied filmmaking at Endicott College, where he and Mikey first connected and began collaborating on creative projects — a partnership that has continued without interruption for nearly 20 years. He spent more than six years in the audiovisual industry, including a leadership role with one of the world's largest cruise companies.
For the past seven years, Ivan has worked across print and digital media, anchoring Open Lobby's creative and production capabilities from Mexico City.
